What I most like from the Kaiser app is this I can send a messages to my doctors when i absolutely necessary.

Your site notified me that you have test results for me to review. But when i open the. Test Results page nothing appears . . . Only a blank screen

Email said I was due for lab test. Notice said to check link for instructions prior to test. I tried but was told/asked to contact my doctor to get permission for test. Hum, which of the 6 doctors do I call?

The app is down and the website is down.

This is time consuming and next to useless. Standard “pat” answers and dead ends with no list of why I visited the office and what the outcome was-the user interface reminds me of playing pong on one of the first government computers at SandiaLaboratories in the 1960’s. With all the surveys and information that you produce and collect you guys should be ashamed of this attempt at patient visit histories, medications, and outcomes.

The nurse really sweet and very helping me to keep calm . Thank you !

Mediocre navigation even with simple task of making an appointment

I wish you would stop trying to update app, you are making it harder and harder to be able to do things on the app. Just to make a doctors appointment there is more steps or hoops to jump through and it’s very difficult and time consuming when you’re at work just trying to make a quick appointment with the doctor so please make it easier not harder thank you

Tried making an appointment with a doctor, and was not able to do it.

Trust is extremely important. So when I asked 12/2024 if my premium was going up, I was told no, it was staying the same. So in Jan l. when it went up nearly $100., I was told there was no notes stating my premium was discussed on the 12/24. So I requested a transcript of the 12/24 conversation. Only then did the say it was a training error… maybe I’m being petty but it feels like deceitful tactics to me.

While it usually gets the job done, this app is clumsy and slow to navigate and tends to time out very quickly and throw exceptions while writing longer messages. It seems that it wants you to use the sister app My Doctor Online, but that app is similarly plagued by the same issues and poorly organized features. For experienced users both apps are satisfactory. For the general population of older users, I’m guessing these apps are very frustrating.

This app never works. I can never see test results. The screen always prompt me to contact via email or phone number and never actually shows me my results.

Powerful but everything takes a long time to load

The services, rendered time are always excellent. The truly have their patient’s care in mind!!

The app points me to action items where there is no action and to an “appointment ticket “ with no information on who created the ticket or why.

This app is well designed to be extremely intuitive. The Patient Portal affords me the ability to review all my visits with my care team. See the results of tests ordered (lab, x-ray, CT, MRI, EMG, etc.) helping me to stay informed. Being able to view all of my upcoming appointments is very convenient. Ordering refills online from the mail order pharmacy is the convenient. I never run out of my medication.

Kaiser has been my primary health care provider for many years. I will never move to an other provider. I my medical needs are taking care in one place

I find it easy to navigate to your laboratory results as well as to make multiple or single appointments. The things that are missing are the laboratory, urgent care and pharmacy schedules. If they are here on the app, then they must be very difficult to find.

The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Was able to quickly order my medication, update delivery address, and pay.

Your app is the hardest app I use. It jumps around and is very frustrating to use. I am trying to submit my review but it won’t let me. I always run into this and will probably never try a review again.

There is always a fight w this website! I want to find a new doctor….how hard can that be? Just try it.

Navigation is not good

Any app which uses all my cell phone content is cashing in marking me as a Commodity, not a Customer, or here a Patient. Change your ways Kaiser or I’ll change mine.

Unfortunately, what you wanna reach your doctor you have licensed nurses responding and there’s times where you don’t want a nurse to see what What you were saying because it is supposed to go to your doctor and if it’s personal or private, they should not be able to read it. I don’t care if it takes three days for my doctor to write in the back. I don’t want a nurse just like the last time telling me When I need a blood test or when I don’t, because according to my chart, she doesn’t know because she is not in there when I speak to my doctor and when my doctor tells me after a couple of months, if you’re still lethargic, call me and I will put a blood test for you. I need to go back-and-forth with this lady and then when I emailed and said I don’t want you reading this she responds back to me stating we’re allowed we answer some of doctors emails no I’m very sorry if I emailed my doctor I don’t want a nurse ever responding to me. I want my doctor responding to me.

Ever since the last update, the app will not load. It continues to say system error..this is extremely inconvenient.

Hard to schedule an appointment with loading a calendar.

Twelve keystrokes to view a message! Impossible to make an appt without a whole lot of who shot John. The phone appointments are a mess; wait half an hour and pray that THEY CALL YOU. Hopeless and robot ridden.

Seemless care

KP is fantastic but the app needs a lot of improvement. Messages are difficult to find , and can’t answer back easily anymore.

Has been over a year since this started, cannot get past visits info, labs and keeps requesting to loging again and again. If I need the labs can’t opened. This a health access is non existance

I appreciate being able to make appointments, order my medication refills, access my medical records and see my test results. It’s functionally keeps improving but it’s not intuitive enough to rate 5 stars yet.

I love that at no cost I can order my prescriptions and have them delivered to my door via USPS. It saves me so much time.

Super convenient

This app, and honestly Kaiser as a whole, has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. The app barely works and I can’t even log into it most the time. When I finally get an appointment or get ahold of someone, it really seems like no one cares about anything. I have not had one good experience when it comes to Kaiser over the years and the only reason I stay is because it’s the benefits my job provides. I really wish my company would switch from this garbage company.

The Kaiser app is easy to use and very functional. I can email doctors quickly about existing and/or new health problems. This one stop shop is useful for any of my medical record needs.

One of the worst apps that I’ve had to deal with. It’s not intuitive. It’s not user-friendly. It doesn’t give you the options. As far as texting is concerned that make any sense whatsoever. This is a prime example of programmers writing a program that they like and not the people that are going to use it.

You should have an other button on your choices. It takes me twice as long as a phone call (minus the wait times) to make appointments.

Great system. But a suggestion. Don't include OTC drug, or antibiotics. And if the member chooses a drug that's too early to fill - hold it until it is time so you don't have to remember to go back. I forget many times.
