Why cant I find a location?

Have loved my app for most things. Seeing lab results, and making appointments without calling in (when it works). It has some pretty terrible glitches and should defiantly work better at getting information that is requested. The last appointment that I scheduled through the app disappeared and it was a really good thing I went to it to check my appointment time so that I could schedule the time off work. After I didnt see it listed in upcoming appointments anymore I called and rescheduled the same appointment saving me zero time.
I wanted to get a facility address and went to the locator and typed in Portland or and got zero results. I then added a specific zip code thinking that would help. Still not a single listing came up. What a joke. If you cant use it then why even have it as an option?
