Honestly Kaiser, everyone is saying the same thing. And has been doing so for a year. Anybody home?

App is much easier to email doctor but not the full website. Touch ID doesn’t work anymore and that is the MOST frustrating feature of his app. Also, doesn’t always send notifications that there are new emails or test results so late in getting that vital information from Doctor. App doesn’t support full entry from doctor of test results.

I am using it to communicate with my doctor and I found the mail function really seamless. Simple and clean interface overall

Touch ID keeps getting turned off. Cant reply to messages. Took me 4 trys to refill my prescription. And very rough display on iPhone 7.

This app has all the benefit of a video game. Every time I try to order my prescription by mail, nothing happens and the meds show up again as "available to fill." Three times so far Ive gone through the order process, even including notes requesting they send the meds or tell me why they wont. Nothing. Email my doctor, nothing. Im not in a Kaiser area while theyre open, so mail order is the only way I can legally obtain these. Meanwhile, my health problems are coming back without the medications. Is it the app? The pharmacy? The internet? Using this app gets me nothing but frustrated.

When interfacing the app there is content that doesnt show. Specifically the agree/disagree button when submitting an email to my Dr. I noticed that this app hasnt been updated since the iOS10 release. Someone appears to be asleep at the wheel.

Its been more than 2 years and perhaps every app on the AppStore is optimized by now to iPhone 6/6+ now 7 but not Kaiser App? Why? What is the reason?

Half the time touch ID fails. This app is sill not supporting the larger iPhone screen sizes 3 years after the iPhone 6 was releases. The images are blurry. This app is a POS.

Missed messages and missed prescription for to my phone app did not show I have new email from my doctor. Check my phone setting, kaiser icon was not under notification setting. Should app has notification ability?

Doesnt work anymore. Fingerprint and password entry stopped working. Told me I had to change my password because of too many attempts. Went to Safari. Mobile site kinda worked. Went to reply my doctor. Hit send. Invalid response. Ugh. So, I went to their full site and all ok there. Just cant use their app or mobile site. I guess they gave up on their app.

You can only view unread test results. The tests result ranges are not very clear. You also cannot see past results to try and understand the trends. Also, when a message is sent to doctor, commas do not have a space in between them.

Freezes on login 4 out of 5 times, making it effectively useless.

App doesnt work anymore. Error message during sign-in, no longer Touch ID supported. Can log in on desktop or iPhone browser, just not the app itself.

I have actually really enjoying this app. Until recently. Suddenly my sons account disappeared and there are no fields or option areas to add his account back. Now he has a doctors message that I cannot retrieve.

So lets recap. Premiums tripled, phone hold times between 30-50 minutes, check in lines quadrupled, specialty appointments that used to take a week now take 4-6 weeks to schedule, doctors and nurses leaving in droves and now the app is falling apart. Thanks for staying in Obamacare, Kaiser, and screwing all of your old patients. Cant reply to doctor or nurse information. OK and Send buttons missing. Prescription refill problems. All kinds of glitches that were not there before. Kaiser is heading downhill fast. I see various doctors frequently because if my medical issues. They say that workload has increased, seasoned doctors snd nurses are leaving, and they cannot find enough competent talent to backfill the positions. Kaiser used to be great. A few years of Obamacare and it has all been ruined. Kaiser is one of only two providers still in the GA exchange. All of us long-term patients have really been screwed by their poor decisions. Skyrocketing premiums with dwindling services.

I always have a little bit of dread when I open an app and it requires I update to use it. In this case, the update was completely transparent. The app works just as well as before, which happens to be pretty darn good. Ive had no problems emailing my doctor, or viewing old test results (some prior reviews said they couldnt do these). I am using this on an iPhone 6 Plus, and I find a perfectly easy to read and use, and I feel like the app makes fairly good use of the real estate. It could compress things a bit more and fit more information on the screen, but its good enough. The app works fine for me. As for the general comments of Kaiser services going downhill in one or two of the reviews, I have found it pretty much just as easy to get appointments with my PCP or specialist as I ever have been able to in NorCal, where I have been with Kaiser for 13 years. Maybe its a regional thing.

Your app wont open until I update but when I go to the app store there isnt an update available. Please fix.

The app needs some improvement. Emailing doctors should include "reply" button. Test results should be "searchable". Touch ID often doesnt work.

Zero stars for this required upgrade. I have an older iPhone and am not upgrading to IOS 9. Very disappointed that Kaiser has dropped support for legacy IOS it worked just fine as it was.
