The app is so slow I immediately deleted it after installing and opening it for 1 minute. Waste of time.

Updated on 1/20/16: the new version of the app is now taking longer to load and do other task, then the past versions of the app! End of update: needs to have or show status of prescription like if it ready or been delayed and such, and the status can still be shown in the app even if the prescription was order online, and save a phone and such!!!!!.... If the app had this option, I would give a 5 stars!

App only recognizes one of your fingerprints instead of all associated with your phone security. To top it off, if you use the wrong finger, it will lock you out and prevent you from even typing your password to get in. I need to be able to access my account first and foremost. This app does not achieve that. Needs to be fixed.

Is it me or am Im the only person who is having problems with making any appointments with there Doctor? When I go to make an appointment I get there are no online appointments forcing me to call when I dont want to.

Found info about lab hours on the app in seconds that I couldnt find on kp.org AT ALL.

All this app ever does is show error messages that read "We are unable to process your request at this time”. It has been impossible to do anything at all with it.

For Christ sake fix the performance specially on the login and checking of message or test result page. Also I get an email in my private inbox even when I am getting an OOo from my doctor. Can you please give some snapshot of the reply in the email notification. I just spent 10 mins to get to the email reply from my doctor and found out he was OOO. The appointment set up has very poor options. I can always get to a doctor sooner if I call and request an appointment. Thats not fair. The nurses and users of the app should see the same database of appointments.

I put in my CA zip code and I got the facilities in Oregon. I added favorites and the next time I used the app, everything was gone. It is useful to make appointments (for the limited ones for which you can make appointments) and to get lab results. The phone app is very, very limited, to get the good information you have to log on to the full web version

Very slow - takes forever to load. Needs updating

What happened to being able to download my appointments onto my iPhones calendar? It use to be so useful. Now it just says "fail".

Strangely missing is my Vision records. Not sure why they didnt include on app since its visible when accessing the SoCal Kaiser website directly. Please add vision records too.

Ive had this app for so long but its becoming a hassle to schedule appointments or view appointments or whatever because it fails to load or it says error each time. Cmon Kaiser do something about this!

The app was always kind of slow but since this new update it barely loads up. Needs to be updated again, worked better before.

Good idea for the app, but when I tried it out & majority of the features were working, requiring that I contact member services for everything. The only feature I was able to use is to see my member info. Other than that, I couldnt email my doctor, see appointments or medications, etc. The app is pretty much useless for me.

Please scale this app so it works with the iPhone 6s Plus resolution. Would be nice if it had 3D Touch features

All seems to work for me well but the fingerprint never works after the first time. It always has me type in password. I hope it gets fixed then I will rate 5 stars

Being a member in NorCal the app is great. As soon as I become a member in so cal, the app looks like its stuck in the 2000s app appointment is a joke, and half of the stuff doesnt work properly.

Have loved my app for most things. Seeing lab results, and making appointments without calling in (when it works). It has some pretty terrible glitches and should defiantly work better at getting information that is requested. The last appointment that I scheduled through the app disappeared and it was a really good thing I went to it to check my appointment time so that I could schedule the time off work. After I didnt see it listed in upcoming appointments anymore I called and rescheduled the same appointment saving me zero time. I wanted to get a facility address and went to the locator and typed in Portland or and got zero results. I then added a specific zip code thinking that would help. Still not a single listing came up. What a joke. If you cant use it then why even have it as an option?

Its pretty bad here. The login asks for your fingerprint - then still requires you to type your password. Loading calendar appointments is slow. When you try to save an appointment to your calendar, you cant specify the calendar account. This makes it impossible to save to your calendar if you have multiple calendars I think. The screen isnt optimized for iPhone 6 Plus either.

The app barely functions, and its useless. Can you do the only thing this would be useful for and allow me to pay my premium in the app?
