It never works.!! I have reset my password so many times.!! It works one day and then it does not..!! Dont waste your time.. It does not work.!!

The Kaiser App saves me so much time and I can access my messages and appointments easily The iPad App for Kaiser however is non existent at this point

The Touch ID works about 1 in 10 times, it will pop up successfully take your fingerprint then just not put in your password.... It does not remember any of your favorite facilities. Also please put the "go the cart" button at the top of the top of the pharmacy screen so you dont have to scroll all the way to bottom to find it. Also it does not work on KP wifi!

I used to find this app helpful, but now its so slow, buggy, and out of date that its nearly useless. Kaiser you clearly have loads of $$ so what gives? Embarrassing.

The app works good and has a lot. My main gripe is that appointments dont give you full details. The address was missing the "south" so the gps took me to the wrong place. Also, a building number should really be included when its in a complex. Notifications would be nice too.

This KP app is amazing. Weve had KP for years and Ive always used KP.org, but this takes convenience to a whole new level! Its phenomenal how much information is at your fingertips, and the design is well thought-out. Very easy to use even for those who are not tech-savvy. Would be nice to be able to make appointments with other specialties, but other than that its perfect!

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt. Several times it has asked me to come back because it was not working. Unreliable. They need to get some app builders to work on it. An app is not just a website reduced in size. The user experience and user interface is not user friendly.

If youd write some code that would allow third party calendars to scan the app it would be great. Id like to be able to sync between my iCal and kp.org app. That way the upcoming appointments would show up on all my iOS devices, allowing for alarms and notifications of upcoming appointments. Also, if somehow you could incorporate the more information into the upcoming appointments it would be great. For example if Im seeing Dr. Park in Woodland Hills, not only would I like to see the time, date and address, but how about building and or room number? Ive had all sorts of appointments this year and the app has been a life saver. That said these small improvements would make it much better.

I dont know what fix was applied but I have not been able to schedule an appt. since the beginning of Feb 2016!! I used to love this app....now it just frustrates the hell out of me.

WARNING! This app is not compatible with devices running iOS 9.2.1. Internet connectivity issues need to be fixed.

I love this app. Its very useful. I never have to call, I can do everything right from my phone.

App is alright, seems to get the job done aside from paying monthly premiums, REALLY wish I didnt have to borrow my boyfriends laptop just to do that. . .

Latest app update loaded, now takes very long time to load, doesnt ask for Touch ID, then fails after ID/password entered. Was working fine, now nothing. Web site (mobile) working fine.

Cant do anything with it, not even schedule an appointment or pay bill.

The app is good from what I can see so far...but it really needs a UI update. I mean its 2016 now, whats the real hold up. As far as functionality I havent had any complaints so far...but still, looks terrible

Its frustrating. Indescribable.

The Touch ID works only 1 in 10 tries. I then type in my password and there is no indicator that the app is doing (show a spinner?). Inside app, its functional but they are doing weird things like using the share icon to do things like cancel an appointment.

This App is acceptable for what it is: a portal that makes your health record, Doctor/Patient e-mails, laboratory test results, and pharmacy Rxs readily available without the hassle of opening the webpage on your iPhone. Enables patient to reorder Rxs conveniently, pull up test results, and contact doctor with ease. Thats about what I expected.
