Dont ask me why I dont have iOS 9 or higher but I dont enjoy being forced to update but then not being able to because my phone isnt updated

I have Touch ID set up and use a long password and a password manager. I can no longer log in. Touch ID seems to do nothing and pasting into the password field is disabled. Please fix the password field.

The app works great. So many bad reviews must be user error because it works perfect. Good job KP.

Whats the point of this useless app if I cant even schedule a simple appointment? Can you guys do anything right ?

This app looks and feels like it was made in 2010. Password pasting is blocked, so I cant use my randomly generated password from my password manager. Please fix it!

Its unfortunate that they blocked pasting passwords so now I cant use my password manager to enter my secure password. Thanks for making me type 20 characters.

Any app that does not allow pasting of the password from a password manager deserves 1 star.

Cant paste passwords again. No password manager integration.

Its a basic security practice to use a password manager, but you cant paste into the password field for login, so a password manager is useless. Its so simple to fix..

They have disabled copy and paste of passwords, so you cant use a highly secure password and copy it from a password manager. Couldnt even get past the login screen.

Touch ID? nope. havent worked yet Try to send a message in the app? Dont expect to use any formatting, such as an apostrophe!!!

I logged in and used this app several time but today it would not log me in, keep saying wrong user name or password. I know its the weight user name and password because I can log in on my PC with no problem. Trying to figure out the problem I got my self lucked out, long story short now I have to wait 3 to 7 business days to gat my password in the mail.

Not useful when looking at upcoming appointments for your children. Cant switch to look at childs appointment.

Every time I try to schedule an appointment, the app brings me back to the schedule an appointment screen.

when I try to schedule an appointment with my physician tomorrow and there were no timeslots available, it did not allow me to see another provider, but I had to start the whole process all over again.

Ive had this app for about 3 weeks. It worked great until yesterday. I used the message your doctor tool and since then the app wont fully open. I cant get past the sign in page:/

We as patients are supposed to rely on this app! It crashes too often and doesnt respond quickly when buttons clicked on if it responds at all! Will just exit for no reason! How can I rely on something that doesnt work. It used to work but the last few months there have been nothing but problems with the app! Trying to get through on the phone to Kaiser is a nightmare in itself. I dont have hours to spend on hold trying to make an appointment! No I cant even count on the app to help!!!!

Its better using Safari to log in than this piece of trash app.
