Kaiser Permanente App Reviews

Its perfect

Really easy to use Should have a 5 star rating

Terrible design

This app would be decent if they could fix the appointment scheduling function. While scheduling an appointment there should NOT be a done button, which is actually a cancel button, on the top of the page. If and individual clicks on a done button they likely want to be done rather than start over.

Medical people stop complain

I dont know why people like to said something not true??? This app really nice and easy! Fast for looking appointment anywhere you want sand and receive massage from your dactor same time or same day so thats what we looking for. And phone call its only taken you one minutes with customer service to respond to you and thy so nice and helpful

App works great

You can do everything you need to on this app with no issues. View tests, request meds, make appointments, send messages. Cant see anything to complain about save the fact they took away the ability to open it using the fingerprint reader.

Kaiser Permanente- great Docs, service, care, app

Kaiser Permanente- great Docs, service, care, app. This app allows one to email Docs, schedule appointments with GP, see test recent and precious test results. Very rarely do I write reviews - KP, keep up the great works. This app saves me time, improves communication with Docs and other KP staff, and keeps me informed. Thank you.

Zero stars

Forced to update in order to open site. SAME problems as other reviews. Doesnt notify me about new labs, Dr. Messages, responding back to messages, password, etc. Needs immediate transfusion!

Keeps updating every time

Its so weird. Whenever I update this app, it keeps showing that it needs to update. Wth

MRS

My main reason to get this app is for the digital membership card but could not find it.

Cant paste password

I can no longer paste my password into the password field. So so stupid. Makes using a password manager nearly useless.

New update

Bad app!!! Just keeps asking to update & will not update. Sadness!!!

Cumbersome appointment scheduling feature

The only scheduling the app allows is with the users primary care provider; no other associated physicians are available through the app. This is in contrast to the messaging service where all associated physicians are shown. In order to schedule an appointment with that primary care provider, the application asks if the user would like to schedule a "non-physical appointment within two days" or a "non-physical appointment in the future." As if those two options arent both in the future, it then prompts for a date range regardless of which option the user chooses. This actually happens twice for the "in the future" option. Why ask the user if theyd like an appointment within two days then ask for a date range again? The final step is the most aggravating. If the users specified date range doesnt return an available appointment slot, they have to completely start over. Why dont you suggest a date or time, or show the available dates in the first place? Scheduling has been this way since I downloaded the app about a year ago. KP, fix this please.

List facilities hours

I can find a facility and everything about it except when its open. This is sorely needed information! What happened to the Touch ID?? You update an app and remove the Touch ID. Brilliant!

Abandonware

Are thee guys freaking serious. How is it that this app is still not optimized for iPhone 6/6+ years after their release. This is a bare minimum requirement. KP has really fallen behind the pack.

Cant paste passwords in current version

I use this app all the time, especially for ordering prescriptions. The current version has disabled the ability to paste into the Password field. This shows a lack of appreciation for online security by the developers of this app. As a portal to my personal medical information, I expect security to be a top consideration. How can a "security 101" feature like the ability to use password managers get dropped?

Password Pasting

It seems they have disabled pasting in your password. I now have a long secure unique password I could never remember that I cant enter while on my mobile device. All while I also have Touch ID enabled within the app as well. Please re enable pasting of the passwords. Without it I cant launch the app without simplifying my password to something short and less secure.

Cant paste password (again)

Long pressing in the password field no longer brings up the paste option so that I may paste my (long/complex) password. This was an issue in a previous version of the app, as well. Please fix ASAP.

Password managers rendered inoperable.

Like others, I use a password manager. This allows me to be able to copy and paste passwords, and not have to remember them. Now that they have disabled copy and past of passwords, the app is useless. I dont feel like I should have to remember a 20 character randomly generated password. Thats why I have the password manager. If I could give this update a minus rating, I would. As it is, I have to give it 1 star, which is 3 stars too much.

Not great

Appointments scheduled gives me no information, I cannot refill prescriptions nor can I make a new appointments.. app needs work

Awesome App

This app is awesome. I use on my iPhone 6+ and have it set up to use my fingerprint to unlock the app. Easy to make appointments with primary care doc, order Rx refills, and email (some) doctors. I love it! People post about not being able to copy/paste password but why dont they set up and use the fingerprint feature?

Password

As the other reviews mentioned, I can no longer use this app because of my password manager. I tried to turn on Touch ID and it turns itself off every time. This is useless to me now.
